Advertising policy
Sadra Danesh Negar journals are completely free of pharmaceutical, medical device, or any health-product advertising to eliminate any risk of commercial influence on editorial content.
Permitted advertising (very limited):
| Type | Conditions |
|---|---|
| Institutional job postings | Universities, research hospitals, non-profits only. No recruitment agencies. |
| Non-commercial conference announcements | Organized by academic societies, medical councils, or WHO-recognized bodies. |
| Public health campaigns | Government or NGO campaigns (e.g., vaccination drives, smoking cessation) approved by the Ethics Manager. |
Advertisement placement and labeling:
-
All advertisements appear only on the journal website’s sidebar – never within or adjacent to an article PDF.
-
Each ad is clearly labeled “SPONSORED CONTENT” in bold uppercase letters.
-
Advertisements are visually distinct from editorial content (different background color or border).
-
The editorial team has no input on ad approvals – the Ethics Manager decides independently.
Rejection without appeal: Any ad suggesting clinical superiority of a product is automatically rejected.
