Advertising policy

Sadra Danesh Negar journals are completely free of pharmaceutical, medical device, or any health-product advertising to eliminate any risk of commercial influence on editorial content.

Permitted advertising (very limited):

Type Conditions
Institutional job postings Universities, research hospitals, non-profits only. No recruitment agencies.
Non-commercial conference announcements Organized by academic societies, medical councils, or WHO-recognized bodies.
Public health campaigns Government or NGO campaigns (e.g., vaccination drives, smoking cessation) approved by the Ethics Manager.

Advertisement placement and labeling:

  • All advertisements appear only on the journal website’s sidebar – never within or adjacent to an article PDF.

  • Each ad is clearly labeled “SPONSORED CONTENT” in bold uppercase letters.

  • Advertisements are visually distinct from editorial content (different background color or border).

  • The editorial team has no input on ad approvals – the Ethics Manager decides independently.

Rejection without appeal: Any ad suggesting clinical superiority of a product is automatically rejected.
